For more than 25 years, Ms. Wolf has focused on the organizational development, systems reengineering, and financial review of physician practices and networks. She has provided professional expertise to organizations as a consultant, project manager, litigation support specialist, and business appraiser. Assignments as a consultant have included financial reviews, operational analyses, physician compensation modeling, and practice management support. Ms. Wolf has facilitated strategic planning sessions, formed new medical groups, designed physician organization models, reviewed physician employment terms, negotiated service agreements, and developed business plans. As a project manager, Ms. Wolf has led computer conversion projects, restructured accounting systems, organized the operations of merging practices, and structured billing and collection departments. Ms. Wolf also works as an established business appraiser, with a specialty in valuing physician organizations. She has appraised physician practices and healthcare networks for mergers, acquisition, joint ventures, minority share, divorces, and litigation. Ralph Wolf has a history of more than 30 years of professional experience in business, marketing, and sales. Mr. Wolf administers all aspects of The Ricardo Groups market research and communications. In addition to his marketing duties he has assumed the responsibility as managing director.
Mr. Wolf’s recent business experience, as a business consultant, specializing in early stage start-ups within the healthcare field has made him uniquely qualified to develop the strategic direction of The Ricardo Group. Prior to his association with TRG, Mr. Wolf was the managing partner of Gelinas & Wolf, Inc. whose consulting practice focused on growth oriented specialty practices. Through his stewardship several key clients achieved dramatic increases in operational revenues which were directly attributed to increase market penetration.
Having worked with more than 30 start-ups during the past 5 years Mr. Wolf’s skill as a negotiator and mediator has afforded his clients the opportunities to explore alternatives they may not have considered. Market research is more than just statistics and graphs, to accurately reflect the needs of the market and assimilate conclusions that are meaningful and beneficial to the client are key components of a “Physician Needs Assessment.” Mr. Wolf’s insightful interpretation of the data provides the client with a practical perspective of the requirements necessary to move forward in the market. Bob Gelinas brings to The Ricardo Group over 20 years of consulting and first hand industry experience. He has held executive positions of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board of Directors Member.
Prior to embarking into a successful consulting career, Mr. Gelinas’ credit included building four highly successful national and international sales organizations from scratch, and accomplishing a successful turn-around of a failing products company, taking it from $2 million a quarter losses to profitability in less than six months. Having since worked with multiple emerging companies, he is considered a business expert in developing new business strategies and re-engineering failing organizations.
As Sr. Healthcare Strategy Consultant Mr. Gelinas has supported a variety of healthcare organizations by structuring the management team; sourcing operating and growth capital; developing business plans and strategies; and in some cases spearheading the turnaround to profitability.

Larry Mahar is an exceptionally talented healthcare technology entrepreneur supporting The Ricardo Group in technology specialized engagements. As founding partner of TouchTrak, TouchVision, and Ecotek, Mr. Mahar is recognized in the industry as an eHealthcare Leader.
With over 25 years of technology experience coupled with his background in healthcare application, Mr. Mahar is uniquely qualified to support The Ricardo Group in forensic engagements involving technological challenges.
In addition, Mr. Mahar leads The Ricardo Group healthcare technology projects involving software development, hardware integration, and biometrics. Mr. Mahar has developed and consulted in healthcare appointment scheduling, billing and collections modules, registration systems, and marketing applications. He has integrated a wide variety of data collection peripherals using biometrics, electronic signatures, smart cards, document scanners, video cameras, and magnetic card readers. He has specialized experience in developing interactive web-based software solutions for a variety of self-service web-based applications.
Client projects are diverse and include large and small medical groups, hospital systems, diagnostic centers, laboratories, various types of healthcare organizations and facilities.
