    Significant Projects:

Represented approximately 500 physicians in understanding the transition and impact of their divestiture from a failing physician practice management company (PPMC). Provided direction and insight to the physician leadership that led to the group’s decision to support the new management company.

Developed a business plan and financial model to be used for pursuing venture capital financing of a rapidly growing national Hispanic network representing 349 primary care physicians and 676 specialists.

Restructured operations and finances of a $3 million AIDS practice:  obtained financing, renegotiated physician contracts, established a budget, reorganized staff, and performed a series of feasibility studies.

Performed due diligence on a 36-physician group supporting 22 sites in Massachusetts, generating $11 million in revenues, and losing over $3 million per year. Modeled the group for break-even and measured the projected loss to be realized in the process.  Positioned the organization for transfer into an integrated network consisting of approximately 900 physicians.

Established solo, primary care, and specialty practices in rural markets located in Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada. Additionally, our team reviewed a rural health center in California for market positioning and future inclusion into the system.
